Welcome, I'm Aleksandra Musiał
Psychologist for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults
I specialize in clinical psychology for children, adolescents, and young adults. I support young people and their families in discovering strengths, understanding emotions, and coping with everyday challenges.

"I believe that every person – regardless of age – carries the potential for growth and positive change.
Education and Professional Development

I also continuously broaden my expertise by attending various conferences, workshops, and trainings to provide my patients the best possible support.
How I Work
In my practice, I create a space full of understanding, acceptance, empathy, and safety – one where children and young people can openly share their emotions and experiences.
With children, I emphasize collaboration with parents/guardians and build therapy around the child's strengths and resources. Sessions often include play, games, storytelling therapy, and role-play, through which I teach about emotions and raise awareness of social relationships.
With adolescents and young adults, I work in a spirit of partnership, helping them better understand themselves and find their own strategies for dealing with difficulties.
I draw on methods from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systemic Therapy.
I regularly supervise my work with other professionals and collaborate with psychiatrists when diagnostic support is needed.
My practice follows the Ethical Code of Psychologists and adheres to professional supervision standards.
